Bournemouth and Poole are within easy reach of London which is just two hours by road (M3) or rail.  In addition, they are in easy reach of Europe, four hours by ferry to France.

The area is also serviced by Bournemouth International Airport, and Southampton Airport is a 30 minute train ride from central Bournemouth.
